Letting to a company? See how every room is doing.

Letting to a staffing agency or employer often means one steady tenant and payment. But with several residents in one house, you want to know how the property is doing – without visiting every week.

Where it goes wrong

What you don't see costs money.

You see mould when it is too lateMoisture from showers, cooking and drying laundry settles on the coldest wall.
Heaters and energyA 2 kW electric heater running 6 hours a day costs well over € 100 a month in electricity.
Disputes at move-outMould damage: a building defect or how the room was used?

  3. 3Agreements based on factsDiscuss with the tenant what needs to happen on ventilation and heating.
Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do the sensors measure the residents?

No. The sensor only measures temperature and humidity. There is no camera, microphone or motion sensor.

Who pays for the sensors: me or the tenant?

You agree that together. Some landlords include it in the rent, some tenants use eyesonrooms themselves and share the report.

Can I start with one house?

Yes. Ask for a quote for the sensors. Fault reporting by QR code is free up to 10 houses.

Where is the data stored?

On servers in the EU, with a data processing agreement. We measure rooms, not people.

Start small: a pilot in a few houses.

After a month you know per room where energy leaks away and where mould threatens.
