Every room in view, before the inspection.
An inspector looks at what happens in the rooms: does the smoke alarm work, is the room ventilated, is there mould. The SNF package shows you that per room, every day, not only on the day of the inspection.
What an inspector sees changes every day.
An alarm taken off the ceiling or a room where the windows stay shut does not show up on last year’s checklist.
Fire safety
Smoke alarms have been a legal requirement on every residential floor in the Netherlands since 1 July 2022. An inspection checks that they are there and that they work.
Ventilation and hygiene
Version 7.3 of the SNF standard required, among other things, sound ventilation and no mould in bathrooms, kitchens and other rooms.
The room changes every day
An alarm taken down, vents taped shut, a room that stays cold. What counts is the state of the room today, not last year’s checklist. We measure the room, never the residents.
Six things, per room, in one dashboard.
Smoke alarms with alerts
A wireless smoke alarm per room, certified to EN 14604. On an alarm or a low battery you get an alert straight away with the address and room, by e-mail or in monday.com, Teams or Slack.
A silent alarm stands out
Was an alarm taken down or its battery removed? You see it right away, not at the inspection.
Mould risk per room
The system estimates how damp the coldest wall gets and gives every room a risk level from green to red, weeks before black spots appear.
Cold and plug-in heating
Too cold points to a heating fault. Warmer than the central heating allows points to a plug-in heater: extra electricity and a risk for the installation.
CO2 and cigarette smoke coming soon
One sensor that measures CO2, so you see when a room needs fresh air, and detects cigarette smoke indoors. Its price follows once the sensor is available.
Monthly overview per location
Every month, per address: are all smoke alarms working, where is mould risk, how often was it too cold and where was extra heating used. Ready for your own inspection file.
One overview per address, ready for your file.
