Too many carsColleagues at the same company live far apart and each drive their own car.
Surprises at the inspectionMould, a broken smoke alarm or a heater on day and night – you see it when it is too late.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does it fit housing under the Dutch SNF standard?

Yes. eyesonrooms records inspections with photos, alerts and what was done per house. That gives you a record per room and per address for an SNF inspection. The SNF package with smoke alarms is coming soon.

How does the commute planner work?

You enter each worker's workplace and shift. eyesonrooms groups who can drive together, takes seats and driving licences into account, and suggests moves that need fewer cars. Under 20 km it also suggests the bicycle. You always decide.

Can I start without sensors?

Yes. Housing management works without sensors and is free up to 10 houses and 35 candidates, then a fixed monthly fee: € 79.99 (up to 30 houses or 150 candidates), € 199.99 (up to 60 / 300), € 349.99 (up to 120 / 600) and € 549.99 unlimited. For a staffing agency the higher band of houses and candidates counts (everyone checked in to a house right now). Prices incl. VAT, no charge per user. The free package does not include the commute planner and the roles (manager, coordinator); you get them with Plus for € 1.99 per month, and every paid band includes them.

Does it work on my coordinators' phones?

Yes. Everyone gets their own login, with three roles: Admin, Manager and Coordinator. It works in Dutch, English and Hungarian.

Start small: a pilot in a few houses.

After a month you know per room where energy leaks away and where mould threatens.
