Energy, mould and SNF inspections under control, per room

Up and running in three steps.
- 1Sensor per room, gateway per houseThe gateway goes into a socket; nothing changes on the router.
- 2Alerts that explainEvery alert says why: which room, which value, since when.
- 3Handle and recordYou record what was done. A record per room grows by itself.
Frequently asked questions
Do the tenants notice anything?
Hardly. There is no app and the sensor has no camera or microphone: it only measures temperature and humidity. A battery change about every 20 months.
What does the SNF standard say about mould and ventilation?
Version 7.3 of the SNF standard stated, among other things, that there must be proper ventilation and no mould in bathrooms, kitchens and other rooms. Readings per room and recorded actions show what you do about it.
How much do I save on electricity?
That depends on how many rooms really use a heater. You see it in the first month; the calculation on the home page is an estimate you fill in with your own numbers.
Where is the data?
On servers in the EU, with a data processing agreement. We measure rooms, not people: only temperature and humidity.
Made for those who rent out and manage rooms.
Start small: a pilot in a few houses.
After a month you know per room where energy leaks away and where mould threatens.
