Three demos, each with made-up houses around Gorinchem. Click around and try anything: every hour the demo starts over. Nothing reaches real residents or customers.

Handle the alerts and plan the route past the addresses
All names, addresses, readings and amounts in the demo are made up, and the demo sends nothing to real tenants or customers. Before we open it we do ask who you are – name, company, e‑mail address and the number of houses. What we do with that is in the privacy statement.
Do I need an account?
No, and you pick no password. We do ask for your name, company and e‑mail address before the demo opens, so we know who is looking – after that it logs you in at once as the manager of a made-up company.
Can I break something?
No. Try anything; every hour the demo goes back to the start. Inviting, e-mail and passwords are off.
Is the housing management part of the sensors?
They are separate services that work together: with both, one click takes you from the housing management to the sensor portal and back, without a second login.
Convinced? Start with a pilot in a few houses.
After a month you know how many rooms really use a heater and where mould is coming. Measured, per room, with the address.
