Frequently asked questions
Do students need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code in the house with their phone camera and fill in a short report, with a photo. No login needed.
Can I use only fault reporting, without sensors?
Yes. Fault reporting by QR code is free up to 10 houses; after that € 2.99 per house per month, or € 1 per house with sensors.
Does it help with mould damage at check-out?
Readings per room show how humid a room was and for how long. That helps to decide whether mould comes from the building or from its use.
Does it work for short stay and room rental?
Yes. Everything is set up per house and per room, whatever the type of tenancy.
Made for those who rent out and manage rooms.
