Does it work for a facility company without beds and rent?

Yes. Choose 'facility company': occupancy and finance switch off, inspections, faults, meter readings and the route planner stay.

Can I import my houses?

Yes, from Excel (.xlsx) or CSV. Costs and the fleet can be imported from a spreadsheet as well.

What does housing management cost?

Housing management is free up to 10 houses and 35 candidates, then a fixed monthly fee: € 79.99 (up to 30 houses or 150 candidates), € 199.99 (up to 60 / 300), € 349.99 (up to 120 / 600) and € 549.99 unlimited. For a staffing agency the higher band of houses and candidates counts (everyone checked in to a house right now). One fixed monthly fee for the whole company, incl. VAT – no charge per house or per user. The free package does not include the commute planner and the roles (manager, coordinator); you get them with Plus for € 1.99 per month, and every paid band includes them.

Can it connect to other systems?

There is an API that delivers alerts and faults as a list or CSV, for monday.com (via Make), Google Sheets or your own system.
